Disclaimer
The TED, SIMAP, eTendering and eNotices websites (hereinafter, the SIMAP system) exist to give the public greater access to information about public tenders in the European Union, as well as to improve the management of the public procurement procedures. We try to keep all information up to date and accurate, and when errors are brought to our attention, we try to correct them.
However, the Publications Office accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on these sites, which is:
- of a general nature only and not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular individual or entity
- not necessarily comprehensive, complete, accurate or up to date
- sometimes linked to external sites over which the Publications Office has no control and for which it assumes no responsibility
- not professional or legal advice (if you need specific advice, you should always consult a suitably qualified professional).
Please note that an online document is not necessarily an exact reproduction of an officially adopted text. Only public tenders notices published in the DVD-ROM editions of the Official Journal of the European Union in the official language chosen by the contracting entity are authentic.
We cannot guarantee that the geographical information displayed on TED exactly reproduces the geographical features described in officially adopted texts. Only EU legislation published in paper editions of the Official Journal of the European Union is deemed authentic.
We try to minimise disruption caused by technical errors. However, some data on our site may have been created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free, and we cannot guarantee that our service will not be interrupted or otherwise affected by such problems. The Publications Office accepts no responsibility with regard to problems incurred as a result of using this site or any linked external sites.
This disclaimer is not intended to limit the liability of the Publications Office in contravention of any requirements laid down in applicable national law or to renounce its liability for matters that may not be excluded under that law.
